of course, we loved the pool and spa facilities

there was high dining and a gym available, but most outstanding was their pool, spa and sauna facilities

liked breakfast, comfy beds, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, spa was amazing- dominika was

spa could not facilitate us

the receptionist from belfast i didnt get her name at the spa was absolutely absolutely fabulous

i used the spa had a full body massage and felt amazing leaving it and very pampered

the time you arrive at the hotel you are made feel so welcome ,staff bedrooms spa food all

we did not use the leisure or spa facilities because of time commitments during our stay but were very impressed

the gym/spa facilities were excellent

the spa bath i and some of the tv channels in my room did not work

took me 3 times to try get into the room and the spa in the bath didn't work

spa bath was fantastic, room very spacious, prices at bar were fair and location quite close to

staff was kind and wifi was good

we had a little heater added to our room without asking was great for the kids

spa experience and the steakhouse next door were our highlights!

thank you all in the heritage hotel and spa also for making our stay special

unbelievable spa service staff were also so nice
