pool/spa down for maintenance. unavoidable

the spa was closed the 1st two days and the exercise room wasn't open the entire time

parking was not great, very little spaces available for a property of this

i wasn't told there was a pet

laundry room unavailable. not a great breakfast selection if you don't eat waffles.

i called, they said the pool in the hot tub works the hot tub did it and the pool was so cold

pool was under maintenance one day whirlpool jet not working the night before

i did not like the location. there was a lot of water standing in the parking lot.

no spa services or shuttle to airport

no bell desk and room service is not 24hrs. also starbucks only opens in the morning.

the gym was closed, although being closed was not listed on the website there was no coffee or bottled

location is awesome! pet friendly- we loved our stay- will definitely be back

the hotel was pet friendly and had a small park near for my puppy to play

the pool was very dirty after a weekend of tons of kids

pool was closed, so had to use the neighboring hotels pool. but everyone was very kind

space, these rooms have nice space, fast check in, late check out is awesome.

had coffee, went to longmont (lucille's) for a new orleans type breakfast
