spa staff was amazing

i would ve used your spa if i could ve made an online appointment, but i couldn t, so we went somewhere

there's a bar, restaurant and spa in the hotel

room: bed, tv channels, and view. spa treatments were world class.

the hot tub was bigger or the hours were better for adults to enjoy and not always packed with kids

kids loved the pool

the staff at the bar needs to up their game. no excuse to ignore people when it's not busy.

warm and inviting entry with bar and fireplace, colorado flavor to decor, great breakfast buffet with omelette

pool was crowded and too many had walked around in shoes making it a bit dirty

is no information in the room re: restaurant, room service, etc

no spa services or shuttle to airport

gym area wasn t air conditioned

i normally wouldn't mind but we were with our kids and they

check in, pet friendly, a beautiful view and a convenient location after a long day on the road

very spacious room, everything very clean, and friendly staff, great breakfast options

gym needed more weights but it was nice clean i just lift a lit weights lol

room layout - it was nice having a somewhat separate area from our teenage kids.

there is no towel rack in the kitchen

the laundry room was useful and cost $2 for a wash and $2 to dry

great room. very comfortable bed. nice spa tub in the room!

like that there super friendly and literally the only place with a decent price for spa tubs in the room

the spa tub was missing the button to turn on the jets and last but not least the room next to mine was

pool and spa are under renovation i specifically picked a hotel with these amenities and they weren't

there was a lot of standing water in the pool area, and the spa timer was not working.

the pool closing early and only being able to get in 45 minutes by reservation only

were a lot of loud middle aged kids running around the lobby

did not have breakfast there. security very good, clean room, well maintained.

i wish they had more of a variety of breakfast items and bigger cups for coffee.

breakfast looks like a included buffet and nobody was around to say it wasnt free until a staff

right in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in with tons of great dining options, on street parking was surprisingly

no breakfast or lunch and the bar isn t open until the restaurant opens for dinner

i didn t have wifi working for a full day and night- so much for technology

mini bar as lacking options - especially considering no room service or vending machines

coffee and breakfast was really nice to have every day.

other than that everything worked great, the breakfast was awesome and the location was perfection

furniture by my door because of all of the half dressed women walking by and the man out in the parking lot
