spa was really, really good

pool, hot tub, gym, walking distance to cafe's and shops.

from the parking to the ski valet area to reception, the staff was very professional friendly and pleasant

garage parking that was included was such an awesome amenity

restaurant hours were not good and prices were very high (especially for kids)

only thing that was slightly disappointing was we were too off-season for spa services/massages

when we went to the spa it would have been nice to have the fireplace on

everything, the spa was perfect, under the sky with fireplace

loved the fireplace in the room

they let her use the laundry facilities and moved them into another room and were up from 1-4:30am

quiet and peaceful. breakfast was excellent. best we had in red river.

a retreat for sure - spa was amazing and everyone was so friendly

only suggestion is to get the spa fixed and trim the greenery a bit so mountains are more visible

there was no functional tv and the wifi was difficult and intermittent to access

dirty, bugs everywhere, no wifi, no cell service, door latch was a huge gamble

each had their own personality, and it was an added bonus that they have a fully functioning kitchen inside

wifi could've been better

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

if going again, we would.prefer to be further out from office and parking

the living spa is everything

outdoor stairs from the parking area to the inn were no problem for us but might be for some with physical issues

parking and check-in was a breeze

with the exception of rosanda in the kitchen there was on around to help or answer questions

were fine but should be know plenty of stairs from parking lot to entrance and stairs to room

unfortunately wifi was out in the area, poor tv reception & dvd player did not work.

condition of pool, need a little work on the carpet.

the breakfast was one of the worst ever, and the wifi non existant.

no wifi. no ice. dirty. dirty linen. tv didn't work.

paint peeling from the walls in a few areas grounds and parking full of weeds

they were pet friendly.

queen size sleeper sofa that my kids were to sleep on was not comfortable at all

only recommendation would be more kitchen ware

we got everything in our place from kitchen utensils to washing machine and dryer

kitchen was well stocked with supplies

great internet, great parking, great service, great little vacation

and hot tubs closed, vending machine broken, no laundry option on site or within walking distance, no soundproofing

wifi was unusable in our room

wifi and internet stink in the whole town and at the hotel. food in restaurant is also meh.

staff was very friendly and helpful, gym is a bit anemic but functional and even has a bathroom

for dennis hopper day and even supplied a complimentary bundle of firewood for the adobe fireplace in room -

the spa was located at the rv park across a gravely patch and a dirt alley

comfy beds, location, got a big price break thru booking. good wifi and water pressure

it did have kitchen area, it does not supply pans just dishes

lights from the street easily get by the blinds and there are no real curtains, gym is only open from 9-9 and

parking lot is tight, but no big deal.
