yes. the location is the best. spa and pool are perfect!

spa bathtub jets didn t work, and the bathroom toilet wouldn t flush several times and no one

i requested to be close to the pool and our balcony was right there

the pool was great with live music on some days as well as a tiki bar and chair side service

we asked for a secure line for wifi to use our baby monitor and were told this does not exist

room and the pool and the spa pool was amazing

great kitchen and a fantastic spa bath

pool and spa were nice with ample seating

the spa was not working in our room and they could not fix it

hotel does not offer any king rooms anymore, neither is the spa option (within the room) available for extra

breakfast included (i booked an appartament for my family of 5) was breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids under 1

great location, pool, clean and big rooms, parking

room was close to the pool area, and there was a beautiful walking path to the breakfast porch

we used the spa which was wonderfull

fee cost expensive and spa and gym closed but nothing offered in return

the spa over the road offered a very good massage

but servers did not wear masks, house keeping did not wear masks, front desk did not wear masks, spa employees

food at beach bar could have been better.

didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it looked like everyone who was taking advantage was enjoying it

there is the requisite pool but also a sweet garden area with a koi pond and lush greenery

hours the bar was open (wish it was open later) and the fact that we didn't find out about the spa until the

there were a few great restaurants there and my husband enjoyed the ocean wellness spa down the street a short

the individual pool on our terrace was amazing

clean, nice staff, gym works well, nice pool

daily service did not pick up my laundry order

and i would say the ambience was getting more decked up by including a spa tub and swimming

the happy hour by the pool is a lovely start to the evening and breakfast offers a nice buffet selection

the pool was beautiful and the breakfast area was peaceful

location is excellent and the staff are simply wonderful breakfast and happy hour a bonus

it is a little sanctuary with a wonderful spa like pool and hot tub

she clos cursed them out in front of my kids

properties online but decided to take this room because it offered a private french balcony i sea spa bathtub

were kind of lucky staying in the best room there is at the hyatt regency and spa in key west

construction that was going on while i was there and the spa was closed and i wasnt informed of that when i

$30 daily fee for the spa and $20 day parking were ridiculous

facilities were overall very run down and not well maintained, the rooms are not modern, and the wifi connection

we enjoyed a morning at the spa and delicious breakfast every morning

stayed in a spa junior suite for the second time and whilst you don t get a view the bedrooms are large,

noisy at night in the spa area

size of the spa suite wasn t misleading

didn't like that junior suite says there is a whirlpool and bath spa and there was none of this in the suite

at the ocean key you can swim , sunbathe, eat very well , exercise, enjoy the spa facilities, or just relax in

spa expense

on the patio (room service) is outstanding

loved our corner ocean front room that also had a view of the pool and mallory square!
