hotel does not offer any king rooms anymore, neither is the spa option (within the room) available for extra

pool wasn’t heated so was too cold for adults to swim in december but the kids didn’t mind the cold water

golf carts are the thing in key west and there was no place to plug in the golf cart at the resort

our room 255 vibrated really bad! as if there was a huge load of laundry rolling underneath us.

were kind of lucky staying in the best room there is at the hyatt regency and spa in key west

construction that was going on while i was there and the spa was closed and i wasnt informed of that when i

$30 daily fee for the spa and $20 day parking were ridiculous

we got breakfast included and it was the perfect start to our days

there was quite a few young kids running around so having a kiddie pool would be a nice addition

we enjoyed a morning at the spa and delicious breakfast every morning

stayed in a spa junior suite for the second time and whilst you don t get a view the bedrooms are large,

noisy at night in the spa area

size of the spa suite wasn t misleading

didn't like that junior suite says there is a whirlpool and bath spa and there was none of this in the suite

at the ocean key you can swim , sunbathe, eat very well , exercise, enjoy the spa facilities, or just relax in

spa expense

on the patio (room service) is outstanding

loved our corner ocean front room that also had a view of the pool and mallory square!
