wifi was a bit flakey at times.

the suit lacked the appropriate supplies for the kitchen(silverware, dishsoap, rags, etc)

had no issues with the tv/wifi, and staff were pleasant to work with

we arrived there was no one at the front desk for like 20 minutes, no wifi info in the room, no robe, shower

the pool area was very nice, conducive to relaxing

gym generally well equipped

room service was bad

closed at 9pm on a saturday night during an event and room service was not offered

the location, the starbucks and the gym!

nice bonus , they did not even have it on description , they just added a great little gym and spa

on site restaurant, baked goods, bar, spa and pool

we liked the outside bar area. we had the club sandwich and jalapeno slaw that was excellent.

our king suite room was very roomy and comfortable and the kitchen area was very nice

no breakfast as offered,spa taped off,no pool access but pay stayed the same

the spa or hot tub was not hot, or barely even warm.

cold water did not work in the spa tub in my room

was sad to learn that the spa and complimentary breakfast was closed due to covid-19

stayed for a week, so while there were several good options for the breakfast room service, we would have enjoyed

we had daily room service for breakfast which was included in the reservation costs and was much better than

spa screwed up my reservation (as in never wrote it down so two massages never happened until

everything you could want including drinks delicious food and a spa on site very beautiful place

the kids that worked at adventure center provided some wrong information about activities.

we stayed was for the activities; the inflatable slide had a hole in it and the inflatable jungle gym that was

we were sidelined from the zip line, waterslide and kids wave experience

in the lobby was perfect for my 8, 9, and 16 year old when lightning took us away from the beach/pool

, was,so great, there were a lot of fun games to play, pool area was nice and warm

it s a perfect atmosphere for a quiet but fun trip (close to downtown st pete)

also no one showed me around or where the spa was

accomodiation, small kitchen is very practical, the swimming pool was always clean, personal was very friendly

the police is 6 people in the spa and 20 in the swimming pool

need more restaurant options. hard to get a spa appointment.

add the white sand beach and an incredible spa on property and this is a win win
