warmer indoor pool. it was kinda cold.

there were some people hanging around in the parking lot and it felt mostly clean

to covid the pool and the continental breakfast were not available, which is totally understandable

the pool was a little small

they advertise pet friendly and after we got there, my disabled husband and i had to share a queen sized bed

location was not pet friendly, it lacked a place outdoors (grass) area to take pets, which we required

it has a lot of hanging in the parking lot drinking. made it a little uncomfortable

thought we were getting a room with a spa tub in it and nope they don t have any and never have so book

website said spa tub so we figured it had a jacuzzi tub in the room but it did not

i had hunted online for days for a room with a spa tub

it was labor day weekend and the pool was full of kids screaming until 10:00 when the pool closed the problem

we came in late on a saturday night and the bar area was still open where we could get a late night drink

poolside loungers were broke, old and worn down. need to be replaced

was minimal parking close to the front lobby

the soaps and towels in the bathroom were truly spa quality, thick towels, everything top notch

inop spa in the swimming pool area!

the shuttle bus drive called in sick, but the concierge paid for a taxi to take me to the

hot tub and pool closed after 11 pm. the shower was not hot either.

the kids loved the pool! the room was a perfect fit for our family!

the spa is a little small but we made do.
