the floor in the pool area slippery

the kids ran wild and took over the pool

i booked that, paying an additional fee to a double bed, so my kids could sleep while i worked

the location and we liked having the bar and bistro downstairs

listed shuttle for the airport which was the whole reason i booked it

the spa tub in room

pool/spa not working thermostat falling off wall hair on shower walls old bar soap in shower old room

place and i was in a room with smell of cigarettes and kids, washer machine noise

but it never said that on the site and that was the only reason i booked the hotel, for my kids to go swimming

dirty laundry and garbage left in hallway by housekeeper overnight

did not eat breakfast

access to room from parking steps to get to door!

didn t get no breakfast which i wish we did with the price i paid for the room

they need better parking

pet friendly room located on first floor and near an outside exit

shower sucked, took 5-10im to heat up, pool and hot tub

wasn't a very family friendly atmosphere, so my kids were unable to use the pool

didn t check out any amenities (pool) but would stay here again

spa tub, quiet

some amenities could be updated to look better, like the area around the spa tub.

tv cable box had no power cord the phone didn't work to call the front desk room was dirty the spa tub was filthy

i didn't get the spa tub king bed room as my reservation i booked

was in town for job training and booked the king room with spa tub, which was fantastic

spa was nice, but we couldn't see the controls from the spa, so we didn't get to use the jets

enjoy staying here because of the location and the pool

the staff was helpful and friendly. parking was adequate and location was convenient,

the pool was nice and the staff was pleasant.
