some amenities could be updated to look better, like the area around the spa tub.

i didn't get the spa tub king bed room as my reservation i booked

spa tub was broken in our room

tv cable box had no power cord the phone didn't work to call the front desk room was dirty the spa tub was filthy

was in town for job training and booked the king room with spa tub, which was fantastic

nice pool and enjoyable breakfast with fruits

wasn't a very family friendly atmosphere, so my kids were unable to use the pool

i was allowed an early check-in without a charge and was given a pet- free room, away from the pet rooms,

convienent location, breakfast was great, pet friendly, old chicago connected.

the hotel is near several great restaurants and the kids enjoyed the pool.

don't bug you about check out, great breakfast, awsome staff, always clean and they respect the privacy of

amenities. game room, pools, restaurant.

spa was nice, but we couldn't see the controls from the spa, so we didn't get to use the jets

enjoy staying here because of the location and the pool

the staff was helpful and friendly. parking was adequate and location was convenient,

the pool was nice and the staff was pleasant.
