spa want hot

by the whole facility staff was amazing will be staying again and will recommend this hotel pool was nice

rooms and common areas, friendly staff, and great amenities such as the pool, concessions & breakfast buffet

customer service the pool the exercise room i loveeee seeing my kids happy in the pool our 2nd time

was a running water leak on 2nd floor, causing water to pool in bottom of stairwell running from underneath the

way too many kids yelling after 10:00

my first room was dirty looking , it looked like a motel i had to walk through the employee laundry area

the spa tub leaked at the how water faucet and the jets did not function properly

we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our spa bath and bathroom

the sound in the hall and in the parking lot was very loud

installations were a bit old, parking was a bit packed but nice overall

spa suite was very spacious and comfortable

i dont like that the spa tub jets dont stay on. they on a timer.

we requested for the spa tub to be cleaned because there was literally pubes and hair in it from the last guests

only problem was that the spa tub broke, so i wasn t able to fully enjoy what i paid for

the walls over the spa tub were peeling, and the light did not work

the spa bath slowly drained no matter what we did but we were still able to use it.

was horrible and the chef and kitchen supervisor just stared at everyone who came into the breakfast room

false accusations their guests are weird and they follow kids around

free drink coupon when you check in but have to buy dinner and kitchen closes at 8

south parking lot was very noisy - many very noisy cars driving around the hotel at night

room was great and the pool. great lounge too.

cops hang out in the parking lot and pull over paying customers as they leave!

i didn't have a spa tube

luckily, we could cool the water in the spa to combat the heat

it was great to have the spa in our room. the rooms were nicely decorated, though a little worn.

the spa tub was beautiful and so was the themed room

the convenient location and delicious breakfast made my trip even more enjoyable i'll definitely be returning

loved the properties room and pool area they were very safe when it came to the covid

had a bit of problem with the card reader so they put me in another room right away plus the bar served good

it had an outdoor pool, a microwave and refrigerator in the room. and also a let out sofa bed.

breakfast was very nice. beds are very comfortable. staff was very nice. room was very clean.

out the pool however staff gave extra blankets and offer to switch room but it was super late kids were sleeping

plenty of parking and quiet hotel. friendly and helpful staff at reception.
