little confusing to figure out parking and getting the room key from reception in a separate building

i especially like the underground parking

the snacks and breakfast was great

breakfast was phenomenal but baked goods would havbe been fantastic

really isn't a bed and breakfast as breakfast was not served

location was ideal and pet friendly!

the spa services were all booked in advance

spa hotel which gets everything just right

leisurely pace for guests. never felt pressured. gardens, of course. spa facilities.

were allowed to go in the spa for an hour, but the girl at the front desk of the spa was very rude and curt and

of the night hanging out in the back parking lot with their pimp

awful. coffee ok but rest just meagre to non-existent. parking was good.

stayed during snow and bitter cold temperatures walkways constantly clean and parking lot plowed

not enough parking spaces and sidewalks needed repaired

spa tub was smaller than anticipated.

location was odd, the spa tub was small and not what i expected and the shower got cold fast made squeaking

got there and the room was freezing cold, smelled like cigarettes, around the spa tub there was black mold and

non functioning spa, broken keys, no room service, inconvenient smoking areas, hard to check out, lack of bus

very quiet even though it was a holiday weekend and the parking lot looked full

told there was a hot tub or spa there wasn't asked staff to just make the beds to give us fresh towels they did

wonderful breakfasts

in the middle of nowhere, and there were a lot of guests in town for nationals (car show) so the parking lot

the heater for the pool was broke and being replaced so the pool was freezing

pet fee was very high and front desk staff was difficult.

spa was not up and running yet .

kids running around late at night, couldn't sleep

close to airport shuttle pick up/drop off comfortable beds!

not hotel's fault, the pool and spa area were closed for cleaning while we were there so wasn't able to use it

very clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast variety, good amount of outlets in room

were very friendly and accommodating, with extra towels for pool, provided utensils after ordering food in, and

didn't like that there was no information about the spa being closed when i booked the room

location, clean hotel throughout, beautiful pool/spa and patio, nice workout room, cute little bar, relaxing

front desk staff and tom the shuttle driver were very helpful and accommodating of my unique needs on this trip

very close to airport. shuttle service began at 4:30 a.m. and we comfortably made a 5:40 flight.
