motel-type design with a clean swimming pool

very clean. decent furniture (pretty new). good wifi. new large tv.

wifi was on and off. no table in the room too expensive for the value

fantastic value. renovated. outdoor pool. super accomodating staff. great parking.

and big room, free parking just outside the room, there s an outdoor swimming pool

spa did not work

the pool and spa were closed and we weren't advised at the time of booking

rooms were good size, beds ok, the kids liked the indoor pool.

the spa was wonderful

well appointed property, very spacious, well equipped accommodation, easy to find. nice spa area

booking a wake up call, we were pleased to barely catch the end of breakfast after sleeping in, lots of smokers

nothing stood out really except easy access from the parking lot - lower level

the room was clean, vast and comfortable. good to have the spa bath after a long day.

we received a complimentary upgrade to a spa suite which was a lovely touch

super uncomfortable and pool and spa were closed, bathroom wasn't properly cleaned the bath had lots of hairs

unfortunately due to covid their starbucks and spa were closed.

the hotel is under renovations so no spa no pool

i had to find out that the pool and spa were under renovation with the convention center

staff was super helpful, the pool was nice, we could charge the hybrid car in the parking lot

great parking right out front of suite

room with a jacuzzi is a smoking room as in the smell of cigarettes is imbedded in every surface

was evident there had been smoking at something time in the room, so not great for someone with asthma or

the wifi wasn t brilliant no tea bags only 1 coffee packet

room was quite tired, and there was a lingering odour of cigarettes (probably from people smoking outside)

swimming pool closed, no inside pool/spa

breakfast was not very good

nice to be able to use the on-site laundry

exceptionally clean, very helpful staff, easy parking, good breakfasts

there is hot water spa on site too

beautiful place, older but nice. never used the outdoor spa but looked lovely.
