swimming pool and spa were great and are a point of difference from other hotels in the area

booked this hotel for the pool and spa, the pool was to cold to use and spa and sauna and showers were all out

area for breakfast as we had a dog with us, so here was dog poo in the garden which is unsafe for kids, food

our kids enjoyed using the swimming pool as well

everything was really good, except the wifi. it didn't work in public area very well.

wifi restricted to reception, lift old could do with sprucing up.

the only room service was to refill tea/coffee and empty bin

thought that the breakfast portions were really small and had limited variety

our room was absoulotly stunning and so spaceous

beautiful room and facilities, fully stocked and welcoming bar and lavish breakfast

the early check in and late check out times were perfect for us

the hotel is in a great location for everything with parking directly outside; we were even given a 24 hr

parking is slightly difficult.

best part was the spa area and buffet breakfast

i booked a club room, it was nice and spacious, as well as clean - the bed was very comfortable

gym and spa area , the beds are also really comfortable

paying an extra surcharge to use the spa facilities. other than that no dramas!!!
