when i booked the room it was listed as having a spa tub, the room didn't have it

booked a room that was advertised with a large spa tub, and was the sole reason for booking this hotel

this hotel does not have a spa tub as advertised.

bed where too high and didnt have a spa like all the other holiday inn hotels i have stayed in

false information on the booking site says the hotel has spa tubs

enjoyed my stay highly recommend the spa jacuzzi suit

the spa tub was nice.

the spa tub was so gross we wouldn't even use it , there was hair inside the tub

the staff were all polite and helpful. the room was clean. the spa bath was extremely nice.

staff lazy, bath tubs have to be cleaned wifi doesn t even work spa tub over flows with water an staff couldn

we had a swim in the pool which was fun

plus wifi was unavailable with no help from staff

no breakfast, rude desk jockeys, and prostitutes in the parking lot

the breakfast was surprisingly delicious ud83dude01 great might stay!!

the bedroom and pool and the cleaning

the spa tub outside was broken

elevator was broken and the pool/ hot tub were broken

was not happy at all with room service ,it took them two hours to get the food to our room an then it was cold

the pool was closed for the whole trip and the only explanation we received was

parking

they moved me to another room but did not credit me for not having the spa

like free breakfast and closeness to walmart and restaurants. also liked access to the pool

better breakfast, blankets on the bed, bigger towels ..they were the size for kids

location and pet friendly.

it is a pet-friendly hotel and its nice location are the 2 best things for this hotel.

breakfast was great. and was prepared on time. but the cook could've been nicer.

only 4 channels mold in shower seating in the room dirty poor condition had party in pool area was next to

no real breakfasts but nice take away bags to replace breakfast

breakfast was ok could have been better , no bacon.

doing laundry was a joke as there's no dryer vent so after drying twice your clothes are still soaked,

wifi is available, the tv wouldn t work at all due to no wifi, they don t have any towels, hand

dog trained in diabetic alert situations yet i was still told that i would be responsible for a pet fee

had to request an iron not enough towels. no closet. no laundry

the pictures were exactly like the room, spa tub and all. even down to the same type of bedding.

only problem we had was the room we wanted was a smoking room but when we got in it the air didn't work

that it accepted pets

the parking and staff

only reason i didn't rate it higher was the renovations they're doing has the parking a little tight

plenty of parking

we even used the pool, and continental breakfast is a plus

breakfast was fresh and easy for a mother of 3

the pool needs a good cleaning and the sink was leaking in our room

plus they charged me $15/night for my pet not noted on booking

beautiful old lobby enjoyed the spa staff lovely

another thing i loved was the bar it was my first time going to one and i was 100% happy

server was lazy, didn t keep kitchen clean or stocked, spent most of her time smoking cigarettes and talking

the room also didn't have any overhead lights, so out kitchenette and the rooms were dark
