i loved the location, right off highway. shares a parking lot with hooters and cheddars.

breakfast was just ok but adequate

i was in one of the upstairs rooms that was right next to the stairs, i could hear kids running up and down

the breakfast was a very nice added free meal at the hotel

only one handicap parking

they offer a nice lot for trucks with trailers to park

spa was awesome, 18 oaks brunch was amazing. adult pool was nice.

when we made the booking, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for the spa 2 weeks in advance

their variety of breakfast options & even more so the bar option for night time after we take the kids to get

i think $75 pet fee is ridiculous.

disappointed that the pool was not heated and the spa was out of commission. missed using both.

i thought i read that there was a playground for the kids but i did not see one

cleanest staff very helpful and kind and breakfast so very good just don't have any

the fitness center had all the equipment i needed, and the spa treatments were divine

the hotel surprised us with its luxurious spa treatments

staff provided a relaxing retreat with their spa and wellness center

trip to the spa at this hotel was pure bliss

in the spa & wellness center at this hotel was pure serenity
