i did not go to the spa area but i heard their services are exceptional

the room service was always active around hotel, and even left a note on door if required any service

more choices of bread in breakfast ( 2 types of bagels with seeds) easy for kids to eat

the only thing i didn't like was that the pool was dirty. but it was still refreshing.

i loved the spa experience, i just wish they served champagne, the food was ok

no microwave or fridge in room. spa too expensive ,not enough channels on tv

that you are responsible for any damages caused by your dog(s) the bath amenities were amazing spa quality

the bathroom with the spa tub was delightful and we were able to walk across the street to get to the river

it was noisy at night, kids running in the hallway at night

unless you want a scrappy party hotel for kids

for a relaxing trip to celebrate and had a room with an adjoining door and listened to screaming kids

wifi wasn t the best but we didn t complain granted we came to enjoy the festivities on river

the location is perfect. roof top pool and spa was marvelous. the staff were very courteous.

gym needs a fan for venalation and spa tub needs to be warmer . other than that all was great.

it also would have been nice if the pool was heated as it was a little chilly even though it was close to 90

when connected to wifi my internet service didn't work. had to disconnect to use.

enjoyed the room which was decorated tastefully and the pool was a ton of fun for us and our kids

my kids loved the cozy fire pit and the heated pool, and that dogs were welcome

we had the room with the spa bathtub, which a lot of places take for ever to fill the tub and usually run out
