the water inside the spa contained too much chlorine. the breakfast was too small.

bed was really comfy, we had a spa bath in out room which was fantastic

my husband loved the in suite spa tub

was on the 7th floor in the room with the spa bath and the big window let in so much like that i couldn t

pool was good but never any towels and bathroom was kinda was yucky in the pool.

the history and all the photos on the walls were great. the spa was wonderful.

the outside bar was closed

the crazy kids slashing around unsupervised in the pool area.

the wifi was inconsistent a lot of the time it wasn't working that was frustrating

the pool and gym facilities are apparently quite good but i didn't get a chance to try them out

all of the staff - reception, restaurant, wine bar were extremely hospitable & friendly

hotel is pet friendly, however limited access to dog-friendly outdoor parks, we were not aware that the

pool was good but kids were hiding on the water slide at the bottom and climbing up

the housekeepers were more help than front desk and room service

also my room was beside a complimentary kitchen i did not have access to which was nice 4) i spent way to much

we haven't had a chance to go to the spa as there was a civic holiday when we were staying at the hotel, so

that there was a spa attached. room was comforable.

i love the location , hotel had a spa that you can take in a massage, very clean rooms.

the fresh fruit, spa water and fresh baked cookies were a welcome sight after a long days drive

the picture of the spa tub was not clear and was miss lead. was hoping for a bigger tub.

room was huge. nice big spa soaker tub and a separate walk in shower. staff were super friendly.

hard to find disability parking in front, there are only 2 spots far away.

is great close to my son and shopping the beds are comfy and the pillows smell great the breakfast is always

clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space. staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.
