spa wasn t available

pool and spa excellent.

everything except the pool was too cold and the spa was too hot.

having a pool, hot tub and huge sauna -

closed amenities. no gym. no pool. no hot breakfast.

stay, and the front desk staff that day were incredibly helpful when we had trouble with the laundry

breakfast was skimpy. missed the potatoes. pool was closed.

i was hoping that there was an earlier breakfast

the free breakfast was very good with lots of choices

longer stay. pave extended parking lot.

woke up to the sight of a walk way covered in clothes from some poor kids duffle bag strewn around the place

allowing cars with trailers to park in front

roomy, good view, modern amenities, full kitchen, comfortable king size bed, easy checkin

we liked that there was not a pet fee

were employees in front of us getting food making waffles, husband and i had a cup of coffee, the kids had

went to spa jets weren't working, then went to next day for check out and kids jumping inside the pool

kids allowed in spa and it looked dirty wasn t shown that the 2nd floor was a walk up and was difficult for

very supportive, way too soft for my preference, and my spouse, rather disappointed the pool and spa were under

trip and was looking forward to having a in room coffee maker, so i could make my own tea and a spa tub

bathroom was dirty, ice machine out of order, pool/spa out of order. hallways reaked of smoke.

jacuzzi didn t work, spa wasn t working as advertised that it would be

pool and spa were working and a needed amenity to soak my sore body

the breakfast was great and the spa was appreciated.

clean hotel and rooms, the room was spacious and well kept

pool and spa were closed and internet indicated they were both available

parking lot too small

door at parking lot was broken this time, but should be fixed by next visit.
