first let me start by saying their is no spa

explained everything so clear she was wonderful also great breakfast and we really enjoyed the pool area

kids loved the pool

the spa area, there is a sauna, which unfortunately did not work

love the facilities- laundry had a pool sauna and very friendly and helpful staff

the reason that i did not give a good rating for parking facilities was because our car was

workout room was minimal and the pool is very cold but otherwise a great hotel and was clean

the pool area was spacious and clean (but the temperature could be warmer)

the spa was luxurious very hygienic and the staff there was excellent

bear mountain inn property is gorgeous and we had easy access to the spa and to the trails

we didn't use the spa but it was nice knowing it was available

really is the point of staying here waking up inside the park and not having to deal with the parking queues

wifi did not work at all, called several times to figure out why i was getting message of

the whirlpool spa was full of children and the jets weren't working

spa was broken

many instances, the hotel breakfast bar is a miss and must not visit

variety for breakfast, spacious rooms and bathrooms

the kids loved the comfortable beds and the complimentary breakfast.

the hot tub timer was unreliable to create the spa bubbles

the staff were all so nice! the pool was clean, not crowded. we all had a great time.

not only were they both broken, both treadmills in the gym were broken

hotel receptionist informed me that the parking was free

pet owners beware 75$ surcharge even if you stay one night

its not that i didnt like it just bed was too soft and pool wasnt opened

was fine, never did offer my old standby bacon @ breakfast on our 4 night stay, which is ok just mix it up more

i enjoyed my stay but i had to clean the spa tub with clorox wipes before using it.

pool was being repaired during stay and some of the spa features advertised on the website are permanently out

i loved the location! scenery was beautiful and the resort and spa was nice itself
