we were comfortable enough though and if you can make it without a spa bath the location can t be beat

re wifi was horrible, i m sure because of all the people using it, and because of that i wasn t

very well located for the mayo clinic. wifi connection is good. friendly personel.

pool, hot tub, and sauna were over run with a lot of kids, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy

hotel was fantastic, the pittsburgh restaurant and bar was also great

they drove us where we needed to go, stored our bags, and allowed early check in

daily housekeeping service good gym incluiding sauna , steam room and indoor pool

close to the civic center we were attending a gymnastics meet at.

and room service was a bit of a disaster

did not like that the hotel bar and restaurant seemed to be surprised that there was a sold out concert next

we were unable to arrange wake up calls or shuttle service thru the phone system & front desk wasn t successful
