spa tub was the only reason i booked this place

i liked the heart shaped spa tub, although it wasn t cleaned properly.

i like that it was a smoking room with a spa tub thank you

spa tub had hair still in it, there was a horrible draft and it was freezing

the pool location is a little weird, its in between the parking spots and the small little mall across

wifi would not connect at all even considering the fact they have 3 connection spots none worked

everything except there s no pool

that s what would make me book again, there security at night parking is always available the staff were sure

big beautiful room, beautiful views, spa bathtub and room service. loved it!

the spa was incredible as was the historic tour and the service at the bars was fantastic

i loved the history. i loved the spa and all of the staff members. the tours were great.

the bed linens are amazing. loved every restaurant and the spa too!!

heater did not work,the spa jets did not stay on and we had to clean it before we got in it

stayed at the king suite with spa included, and the heart-shaped jet tub was pleasingly a lot bigger than i

i didn't like was that the spa tub didn't work at all and we just spend on something that we didn't got to

the desk was opulent, the room was clean, it was in an excellent location in riverside, and the wifi was rock

the free parking was wonderful

free parking on site was a real bonus

rooms are great, bed is comfortable, pool is nice

the pool was fun and the outdoor bar and food was delicious

you would think that for the cost of the stay at this hotel, they would offer a breakfast bar of some sort,

cleanliness and comfort of site. also enjoyed free parking and huge bathroom.

so peaceful i didn't use the spa or pool but i did sit in the gazebo quite a bit

the pool and spa were closed but with the pandemic, i get it.

bed was comfortable, electric fireplace was a nice touch, but spa was very outdated
