spa was fantastic & the staff the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly

wifi was a bit temperamental ie intermittent connection problem but was compensated by the

i couldnt get the wifi to work but we were only there for one night. so it didn't really matter.

had booked the rooms as we had been to a spa all day and then having a meal at the china rose for my hen weekend

was very close to where i was working and it had room service which was a lifesaver as there wasn t much close

we tried to order room service for food and was told this service was unavailable at the weekends

the room was stunning! it was a spa suit and it was incredible the bar and restaurant are lovely

the gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna is really good but it would be nice to have access to the foot spa too

i'd suggest wifi and a fan in the room, i think we were above the kitchen and the room gets hot

advertised with free wifi, i couldn t locate any

the wifi connection was a little patchy, but not a huge problem as i wasn't working!

wifi wasn't in the rooms which may not matter but travelling with work was a major hindrance.

spa is work in progress as swimming pool being built but its open for massage etc which again was

done had a nice size bedroom and excellent size bathroom with walk in shower and bath staff in bar and restaurant

a while for service in the bar when i wanted to order afternoon tea

hotel is lovely, beautifully decorated in the rooms and in the bar areas

just what we needed and so close to the lovely bars and restaurants
