spa was shut down

the pool spa area was so relaxing and beautiful

was not much to dislike about this place except maybe the spa was out of order when we arrived

pool was freezing and dirty spa was also nasty

hot tub & spa facilities were top notch (with a sauna

i looked at the website and nothing about a pool or spa closure so it's pretty deceiving

i wish it had an included breakfast, but i know thata ? ? s not a feature of holiday inn.

the pool and hot tub were great

pool dirty. hot tub filters full of hair and bottom disgusting. needs cleaned

pool was overcrowded and unsupervised

i think i was only one of two cars in the parking lot

staff is wonderful. the breakfast is great!

including comfy bed and chairs and the tallest windows i ve ever seen in a hotel; enjoyed the spa tub in modern

we stayed in a room that had a safari theme and a spa tub

the room itself was comfortably furnished, the bathroom was large and super clean with a spa tub, and the

horn blows about every hour bar across the street noisy until close on street parking if and where available

very slow to get breakfast restocked but not a huge deal.

everything was great. the breakfast was more than we expected.

the next day room service clean rooms and hallway didn't clean it up

we travel a lot. this was the best breakfast offering ever.

we got a king suite and it was very comfortable stay for myself and bf and our 2 rambunctious kids

an additional surprise was a spa tube in the pool area

the hotel has a nice pool/spa area

disappointed spa was not even hot . and bathroom door wouldnt stay shut in our room.

the spa could have been warmer but that is a personal choice.
