the spa tub in our room had dirty/blackened nozzles. needed a good cleaning.

the dinnerware and flatware were very sparse as well as cups and glasses and cooking utensils were non existent

and there spa bath tub is awesome

couch was very stained, the floors werent vacuumed at all, there was pet hair everywhere
