pool was not open the front office was closed after a certain hour and does not open till 8 am (so

parking is very limited but not the staffs fault. you can park on the side streets tho.

the clean room, friendly service at the front desk. my kids loved the outdoor pool.

hot breakfast with a nice selection and the baked cookies in the evening were delicious

i was promised a 2 queen spa tub room which does not exist, instead putting us into a more expensive 3 bed room

and spa both out of order

should lower their prices if they cannot guarantee use of the pool/spa and a breakfast
