heywood spa is stunning, so relaxing every aspect of the heywood spa was of a very high standard

we arrived to use the spa facilities at 1pm as booked, with the intention of checking in at 3pm

is crying out for a spa and swimming pool as the rest of the accommodation and service level is so worth going

- nothing x spa facilities would be great however didn t take so away from the wow of the place

of availability of spa treatments etc would have been helpful

lots of space, bonus of two bathrooms, bathroom robes, great spa bath

clearly struggling with recruitment and training. cleanliness especially the laundry was poor.
