- nice spa - the attitude to the hotel s location depends on what you are planning to do there

rooms were large and a spa available lovely views

lived the spa and the price was amazing

the rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the food is excellent

to the airport, pool and spa were great

room because of covid-19, they can not put coffee or tea make in the room, you can not use sauna /spa but what

- better cleaning - spa should be fully renovated - a lot of stuff in the room needs improvement

of things: - spa and pool were closed - the usual covid excuse

swimming pool did't work for all our holiday(a week) even information on reception was

helpful and friendly staff on the reception hotel lobby and breakfast bar area very nice and comfortable

hotel was smart and modern, room was great and huge had a lovely spa bath which we took full advantage of

it is a bit far from the center, but it is an excellent choice for a quick shuttle to the airport

that let them down was one of the cleaning ladies who seemed to have an issue that we booked a late check out

staff are friendly and helpful and their was a laundry service next door which i used and was easy to use and

shown by reception staff or the cleaners to even go look and see had they been rolled up with laundry by accident

found free parking on the other side of the rio area, breakfast was awesome and we enjoyed the spa a lot plus

you had your own private garage, if you ordered room service they used a service hatch so you didn't need to

although hotel offered wifi this was not possible for us as was an unsecured site and

great, nice bar downstairs, elevator, i hurt my foot day before so great to have
