gym was small but clean,functional and had updated

and low to the ground (i was not expecting that, notice would have been nice), bugs in the room, wifi was

parking was a small hassle as we had a trailer with us so we had to park in the back & our room was

no indoor pool or jacuzzi

i like to go to the pool and hot tub inside the hotel, but in this one, they don't have

only thing i was a little disappointed about was how the spa or hot tub next to pool was not hot

staff was great, helpful, accommodating. pool & spa great. breakfast & coffee (24 hrs) super.

a room upgrade - nice suite with spa tub, staff was freindly and attentive

the attitude of whoever came to help me with the spa tub.

there was no hot tub or spa the refrigerator in my room

we entered the lobby during the afternoon, we could smell the chemicals from the indoor swimming pool

i stayed doing covid-19 no swimming pool, gym or breakfast understandable

the breakfast could of been a lot better terrible breakfast

i like that it has an indoor pool. i like that it has breakfast.

did not realize that i would need to walk to a separate building to reach the spa and pool

we always go to the spa while there and just walking around the grounds is so nice

loved the buffet....delicious. the spa was fabulous

we tried to get booked at the spa for a pedicure for 3 days and could not get in

i paid full price and the pool and spa was closed

beautiful hotel in great location. kids loved the indoor pool.

wifi was extra and it made it hard to work

i had to wipe up hair from around the tub before my kids could shower

had a hard time charging my phone in room, be it kitchen, bedroom or living room.

and tar smell, poor signage and lots of confusing orange cones everywhere and we had no idea the gym was being

the fire alarm going off at 4am. the gym barely had equipment that worked. no parking

the bar closed at 8 and the lady at the bar said the restaurant was open but it was not

larges piles of dirty laundry and trash left in the hallway outside of our room for over 12 hours

the room was clean, close to the exit door to the parking lot

the pool wasn't open.

just all the construction going on. need more parking

did not like how my partner and i booked a room with a spa bath tub in booking

the spa was broken! i was really looking forward to that

they goofed up on the king size bed with spa tub and gave us a regular room with a king size bed, they fixed
