chose here for the spa and not having to leave the hotel

i couldn't anybody at the pool or spa area, if i had a question i had to go all the way to the front desk

room 25$ charge for that along with microwave , no free wi-fi, charged you for incidentals with room service,

power outage in the hotel for several hours, and then my hotel phone died, and the wifi was cutting in and out

also, tge food quality at the restaurant and room service was subpar

(not sure if this is just done when there are dance conventions and a lot of families w/ kids in the rooms)

very convenient clean the restaurant and gym was especially what i liked

the pool and gym were well stocked and clean

enjoyed the king suite with spa tub. breakfast was also very good & fulfilling. no complaints.

the kitchen could use some new pots and pans, plates and silverware. otherwise, it was perfect

hotels location in an industrial business center it would be better if the starbucks, bistro and bar offered

the gym was fine, the pool was warm so that's a plus too

saturday night there was a man in the parking lot outside my room working on his car at 12am
