beds were comfortable and pool/spa area was well maintained and clean

we re only here for one night visiting, pool looks good every room has balcony except the first floor parking

laundry facilities for guests and large size bed 24 hr coffee facilities and free access to

speedy wifi equipment in the fitness room needs to be fixed

much as i paid for the room wifi didn't work ,tvs didn't work and there wasn't any washcloths or extra towels

we have family frequently and we re delighted to stay at the escalante the hot tub and pool were lovely

heater on the outdoor spa was not working (it was one of the main things i was looking forward to)

clean, courteous, good food, live music, spa and gift shops. no need to leave the resort

walked into the spa stressed and exhausted, i left a completely different person, relaxed and refreshed

spa not open, not communicated to us prior. it was the reason we went there.

we did this for brunch one day and ended up having a delightful dinner at the golf course, salt leaf reserve,

golf course and private island damaged from hurricane but they are doing great job repairing

but there is no beach , spa didn’t work it was not a high star hotel the balcony had nice views but it was

the spa tub needed to be replaced and updated… the grout was not clean.

i wanted one with the spa tub according to website all rooms had a spa tub

i was supposed to have a spa tub in the room and there wasn’t one. it was disappointing.

we were in a room with a kitchen and living room area and it was very spacious

only complaint that i have is regarding the unreasonable fee for pets

two great pools and a wonderful tiki bar for snacks and drinks
