the lounge areas were amazing and relaxing as was the spa and pool facilities

listed building, old time classic luxury with excellent quiet bar and fabulous restaurant taking its client back

we felt the bar area appeared makeshift with bottles stacked on a trolley

offer of bar food, so use awful dining room (no jeans etc) with dire menu and ludicrous prices, or get a

spa is awesome, breakfast as well

we had planned to enjoy the spa for a swim but found the changing area freezing and very outdated

the spa zone is a plus in horrible weather days and the facilities are cosy and great

had a spa and swimming pool which unfortunately we didn t have time to use

prices for the spa are outstanding value and they should advertise them clearer

firstly it advertises having a spa it doesn t

phone for room service socket broken and windows not opening at all in the room to let in a little bit of

excellent bathroom, comfy bed and late check out

early check in was denied on arrival after being assured and driving up

stayed in an apartment with a lovely modern kitchen, sitting room, two bathrooms and bedroom

had a warm welcome and there is a bar in there just what we needed after a long drive and ice cream for our

good kitchen and washing machine

royal room was lovely although it didn t have a separate shower just the spa bath so being female i had to

no fan in the royal room for the spa bath but not the end of the world. drinks quite expensive.

to eden court theatre you will not find a better location, 5 minute walk and there are plenty of parking spaces
