funny smell in the steam room in spa

the health spa facilities were closed but it was understandable due to the covid issues.

also we paid to go here to use the spa and it was all closed off but they never informed us of this before we

only comment is that the spa facilities require a little more maintenance as signs of age are visible

not a dislike more a preference. i need a hip replacement and the spa was very far away.

only feedback for the family room would be for the smart tv to be connected to the wifi

only bad thing when bar closes early should be able get a late drink when staying there

wifi on the ground floor is not great in some rooms, but the staff have always moved us if we end

cj in the spa did a fabulous massage and brian the dedicated concierge who is clearly very passionate about

breakfast was fantastic, massages in the spa were amazing, very relaxing .

also, the signage to the spa reception and restrooms from kathleen's kitchen could be a little clearer

i was there with my 2 kids and they really enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant

my car was vandalized in the underground car park possibly by kids but very annoying.

i'd been staying longer, spa facilities would have been wonderful, but there was a well appointed gym

desk staff, i love the room, i love the breakfast, and the hotel has a big land mass outside for kids to play

didn’t like the way two or three large groups of young kids running wild throughout the hotel for the night

a pool would have been an added extra but otherwise very pleased.
