the spa tub in our room had hair still left in it although it was very clean

stayed in the king suite with a spa tub

in-room spa was wonderful and relaxing

had the spa suite, the jetted tub was awesome, and the bed was super comfy

the pool area was very dark. it needs more lights or better lights

the rooms were spacious with a wonderful spa shower.

when i searched to book this trip i looked for a king suite with a spa tub in the room and was shown this place

spa tub was gross and also had alot of black hair in

i just wish that the spa that was in the pool room was working while i was there

pool and spa closed and an alarm in another room at 6am going off for 10 minutes

stay in courtyards often because of pool and spa these were closed with no indication at booking time nor an

pool area was very loud

the pool is very convenient for the kids

i had to go get an air mattress for my kids to sleep on

the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great. the pool & spa was very nice.

more handicap parking in the rear would be nice, easier access to the elevators

king room with spa tub is in the part of the room where the pull out couch is so couldn t use because had

rude,the hotel room smelled like urine,they made us come down stairs to getnour own towels,and room service

we were on corner room at end of lot and wifi was useless

no stains on anything the bathroom was clean ,and so was the shower ( i had smoking

the parking lot was full due to the party

the location was awesome the breakfast we didn't try but i sure it was good

was no laundry facility just a single washer and single dryer both very small and cost 2

indoor pool, convenient location to attractions around cincinnati , the price, good breakfast ,

the breakfast wasn't all that great honestly, but it's not a deal breaker.
