when i searched to book this trip i looked for a king suite with a spa tub in the room and was shown this place

fact that the spa wasn t working in the pool room

spa pool construction is hillbilly shoddy in nature

spa tub was gross and also had alot of black hair in

i just wish that the spa that was in the pool room was working while i was there

location and staff very friendly. pool and early check in a bonus before concert.

clean cold rooms and i loved that the breakfast had healthy options

easy to access and with pets was easy to get to pet walking area

the room was so clean and had everything we needed, with cabel and wifi easy to connect and plenty of parking

able to access my room from the parking lot

had the spa suite, the jetted tub was awesome, and the bed was super comfy

the spa tub in our room had hair still left in it although it was very clean

in-room spa was wonderful and relaxing

i would say that they could improve better on the parking lot for the guests as there seemed to be a tight

wifi didn't work as advertised, but i have a generous mobile data plan so just used that instead

pool and spa closed and an alarm in another room at 6am going off for 10 minutes

stay in courtyards often because of pool and spa these were closed with no indication at booking time nor an

the pool is very convenient for the kids

i needed to do a lot of work from my room and the wifi and good sized desk made this very convenient

sofa bed was not your normal sofa bed, more like a trundle bed, only fits little kids

they don t have a big variety of breakfast items only due to covid-19

the phelps bar was closed!

the rooftop bar steals the show and is highly recommended for adults that need a night out alone

i had a chicken sandwich at the bar in the lobby and it wasn t cooked thoroughly.
