pool and spa kept clean and updated room service for clean was excellent very friendly

hot tub didn't work, very small swimming pool, small room, parking lot very small.

no towels by the pool. no extra beds for the kids.

no elevator, outdated pool and spa room. the spa jets were so weak you almost couldnt feel it.

until arrival that the following were closed for repairs/cleaning etc: pool, hot tub, internet, wifi,front desk

pick-up trucks to park in a special section of the parking lot where there is more room to maneuver

there was also an unfortunate incident with a drunk person in the pool area while my teenage kids were there

this year, no housekeeping, check in clerk was clueless, pool ice cold kids could not enjoy, spa out of order

little bar with food was a huge plus

only thing that stood out was the hotel had a small bar with good pizza.

full hot breakfast with many options.
