advertising was misleading-golf course and spa were not on the property as photos showed on

the day we wanted to use the spa and golf course (

the spa was fantastic

they were able to accommodate me with a balcony to overview the pool/ gathering area

this is extremely difficult when you are given access to a gym and are so close to a beach

there is a laundry room which requires quarters not tokens but neither the front desk nor the convenience shop

didn’t like that at 12 in the morning there were kids outside my door talking really loud, which woke me up

was very comfortable, clean room and good wifi

not able to get room service if it s not breakfast or dinner hours

it s definitely not a spa but it served its purpose

palms spa and golf resort is a quaint spot

breakfast could have been better.

also the kitchen said it was open til 6 although when i tried to order at 5:30 the bar staff told me they

spa in bathroom, tv in bathroom, toilet is separated with its own door, full refrigerator, stove,

think of anything that i did not like, wish we had stayed longer, did not get to make it to the spa and i am

played tennis, took in a spa day with my wife

our time getting massages together at the spa was fantastic

bar and restaurants anywhere in the country

thank you to all the lovely hardworking golf cart driving gentleman who drove us around & were so interactive

our apartment was on the first floor just beside the lake and the big chess which the kids loved playing in

kids did a tie dye event, we used the shuttle for dinner and groceries, the pool was amazing, the

ihop is just a walk across the parking lot and denny s is about 3 miles down the street for good breakfast

noisy, could hear dogs barking and kids screaming ( 1am when we arrived) women of the night outside

newly renovated, easy to get to/from airport, free parking

booked this property multiple times between back to back cruises primarily because it has guest laundry

beds were comfortable, the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good

breakfast, very clean room and good wifi connection

gym has to be updated, the equipments are too old and don t work properly

i got a room with only 1 bed for my husband 2 kids and myself my children sleep on the floor and the manager

wifi not easy to get connected to, bar staff were very helpful & got us connected

very clean hotel, free airport shuttle, wonderful and kind staff. would definitely return
