spa had been taking out, we had to move rooms 2 times

the elevator and it didn t have the spa like it said it did

pool area was close and no spa ice machine not working on my floor

no laundry room

nice big rooms and the pool and spa area very nice.

their kids were running up and down the hall and simply making way way too much noise

everything was very clean parking was great

my kids are fearful of dogs we we weren't able to enjoy that amenity

pet friendly at no additional cost.

the 24 hour pool/spa was great

the indoor pool and spa is nice to use after a long travel

the girls had the swimming pool to themselves most of the time we were there

the pool was good for the kids and our kids were there for a wrestling tournament so they were able to workout

for a hotel close to gulf hospital with a pool is all i wanted

back door to hotel from parking lot was key access only, but continually propped open with a flip-flop

wifi sucked, kept having issues. water took forever to get hot.

my room to make my stay more accommodating, and they had a good variety for the continental breakfast, so overall

the dead frog in the pool and lack of nice seats and outdoor relaxing chairs

tight exit on one side of the parking lot but not too bad for small vehicles

everything clean, staff friendly very helpful breakfast is the bomb swimming pool small but great

the gym was nice wish the water machine was working

no wifi or cable

the pool was clean, the breakfast was awesome, and the staff were friendly
