room service i had to go pick up bedding for couch bed with no pillows, elevator was broke and we

was very welcoming, very personable, informed us of all the facilities such as breakfast time gym, outside area

wifi, hall carpet was dirty, room kitchen had a dirty plate in cupboard and no dish towel to dry dishes

that i couldn't stay longer to use all the facility's. gym, swimming pool, etc!!!
