pool/spa were closed, very humid inside building

nice staff, good housekeeping, pool and hot tub very nice, frig and microwave, good deal

towels damp smelled like melded, people hanging around and dope bags found in parking lot

the first night there was a shooting at ihop next door and a couple fighting at 2am in the hotel parking lot

greatly value for your money. clean rooms, good breakfast selection. friendly staff.

thing a lot was broken tv remote then mini refrigerate broken spa broken place needed a good

booked it for the advertised photos of the pool, spa and the gym

the pool and spa tub was ice cold! my 2 yr old couldn't swim with how cold it was.

the mirrors and lights were pretty dope as well as the spa tub

spa tub was broken to turn the water on/off and the hot water took to long to get hot the shower

lovely reception and dining/ bar areas room quiet, great rainfall shower, coffee maker on each hall, comfortable

to pay to park plus a resort fee, pet fee is ridiculously high & the on site restaurant closed too early & really

with the village , a new(ish) development including access to a new, expansive gym and beautiful pools

the price. thought there might be a spa tub in the room or even refreshments for the price.

the spa tub room was the highlight of my trip

we got the king spa studio

everything. the entire stay was very spa like, from the valet to check in to all the amenities.

1 night for a local concert, but would love to come back for a weekend to take advantage of the pool & everything

smelled of a spa at all times

the fridge in the room was an added bonus as was the indoor pool

no late night room service

most comfortable beds and pillows ever! pets welcomed.

the kids loved the pool which has nice seating areas and a sun patio

we got a spa tub room and the jets were dirty, my wife had no desire to take a bath

some things were a little oversold. the view and the jetted spa tub were beneath my expectations

it is a little difficult parking close to the rooms and no luggage carts

the room had a kitchen area. i really liked that.

wish the 24 hours market was stocked and pool was not operational

staff was very friendly, room was very clean and spacious. great location and spa was wonderful

spa was small, lacked sauna, but massage was best i ve ever had, and glass of prosecco was

very attentive to every need - from valet to concierge, restaurant to spa to room service
