spa not open

dirty, pool small, spa closed, deep of water not clear / the same same breakfast 2 days one after one, poor

marriot because i have been here before and their photos online show the pool and the hot tub/spa

very clean, the pool and spa are easily accessed and convenient.

the snack bar was way over priced

room service after specifically requesting it on the second day of our stay

i love everything about this hotel, it has everything you needed the pool, jacuzzi and the gym

room was excellent the bed was excellent the tub was great we stayed in the suite with the spa tub for the money

spa tub in the room was disgusting

the bathroom mirror with the lights behind it i want one for my home the room was convenient to laundry and the

the rooms were perfect and breakfast was amazing

is sometime they let people drink outside the rooms and , it is not well for a family with small kids

breakfast was great. kevin was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we sat down.

when i asked about spa services after having a hard time booking them online, stopping by on sat at noon, &

comes with water bottles, pool passes, pool towels and shows.

we asked for a room away from the pool and the ice palace and were accomodated

we didn't utilize the pool this time but the pool and pool area are a nice bonus

is music playing until late at the pool bar which could be heard in the room i wish the hotel gave heads up

love staying at the grove and enjoy the pool and entertainment

and there were group of kids running up and down the halls with no supervision

didn't see any cameras in the pool or gym area

the room was clean and the breakfast was an added bonus since we were tight on time

only disappointment was the pool not being open. my kids were looking forward to it.

they did provide free breakfast however we were unable to enjoy due to kids sleeping in late

accommodations, food, spa amazing

the spa is a must

the village located next to the hotel and the spa was wonderful

spa was exceptional!
