we were able to get a parking spot right below our room wich was a plus

the room that i was finally given had zero parking anywhere near the room

friendliness the breakfast astmophere

the staff was friendly breakfast was pretty good check in and check out very speedy---

reserved a regular king smoking room and a double queen smoking room side by side, but the regular king smoking

the pool was closed.very disappointing.

price, rooms were alright, tried smoking room it had roaches walking around like roommates

liked it had vending machines washer and dryer a pool and that the parking lot was clean the staff was friendly

the staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious

pool could of been warmer n pool n spa needed clearer n more chemicals on them.

spa became closed a few days before i arrived do to low water and that was the only reason i stayed

the restaurant kopita and the spa was so relaxing.

i also visited the wake spa the following morning around 10am and had a great visit but literally could not

roof top bar closed earlier than it was supposed to

rooftop bar was completely overrun with college kids, and the pool is basically a small water feature

updated, clean with lots of extras like the rooftop pool and bar, outstanding onsite restaurant, great location

and shop and very conveniently located just off the highway, very easy to get to and easy free parking

the desk staff was very helpful and the guest laundry was

great breakfast, very clean, nice rooms.

everyone was kind and so helpful even got me an early check in at arrival

were given a room close to the pool/spa after the desk staff talked to us to find out our preferences

it had a swimming pool and basketball court which was excellent for kids

the pool and gym was open. room was comfy included fridge and microwave. slept like a baby.

having a shuttle that will take you in a 5 mile radar. comfortable mattress.

the shower had broken handles the hotel said it offered a pool and spa and there was neither and there breakfast

cheap, pet friendly

they attempted to accuse me of hiding my pet and skipping payment

staff was amazing - all from front desk to ladies in breakfast area to driver. fun

liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. laundry room was in working order.

and the spa tub was great

i have stayed here before so though i didn't use pool and spa this occasion they are very nice

spa and breakfast was wonderful

drug use, had to watch the kids extra hard to make sure they didn't come across the paraphernalia hidden around

hot breakfast was good

box trucks to take up 6 or 7 parking spaces and not park around back, so families with small kids were parking

our room was was close to the door near the pet walking area

kids enjoyed the pool

no breakfast. have a small food venue for purchase. do have a bar with cocktails

it is a little bar with heat and eat junk you pay for

quick check-in, convenient parking, bed was comfortable.

the only downside was the free wifi speed was slow and required waiting for some things to load to complete

we liked the extra large rooms (suites) since we are a large family (6 kids) so there was plenty of space in

also, the third floor hallways have a slight old gym shoes smell
