i enjoyed my stay at this hotel/resort. the spa is like heaven on earth.

room i was in was clearly next to the kitchen or laundry room

decorated individual suites with lovely upgrades such as fireplaces

add one if requested (roses, choc covered strawberries, breakfast in bed, late check out)

we had trouble with our room tv and wifi.

however the fireplace made this annoying rumbling throughout the night

the entire parking lot was full and i drove around several times

entrances from side and rear parking lots were not easily determined.

the location has a gym with very good cardio equipment and free weights

called ahead of time and inquired about their jacuzzi/spa and they said they had one

pool and spa were quite crowded as there was a group with children there

free parking, pool, refrigerator and perfect king size bed in great location 15 minutes walking distance

they were willing and able to accommodate an early check in.

staff also let us park our box truck behind the hotel which was super great

was perfect except for the parking space and little bit about location

they have a spa advertised, when i contacted the front desk, i was informed that it hasn t been open since

they don t have microwaves and the spa wasn t open

the size of the rooms and the breakfast bar were above the standard you see at other hotels.

wifi did not work much while i was there. it took forever to check in because of computer issues

room was available, clean and comfortable. shuttle available to the airport.

good, but not as large as the one we had last year which included living room, dining room and kitchen

parking that has been an issue at other airport hotels where park & fly fills the lots

dirty laundry and trash was in the hallway as we walked to our room at 3pm when i checked
