spa and phone was not working

besides cleanliness, our biggest complaint is pool/spa hours, which the two villas beside us also said was a

room, location, restaurant next door, heated pool, bikes and kayaks

gym was also nice well kept even the guests were friendly kids were playing in the pool having fun

we noticed the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was leaking when we settled into our room

the lobby was bright and welcoming, with spa water at the door and a lovely smell permeating the room

great pool

we spent 2 days visiting bahia honda state park

also, the convenience of having basic kitchen utensils, glasses, cups, etc

my only con was the wifi. i could never connect to their wifi.

big spa / hot tub was great

they had handicap transfer seats for pool & spa but i didn’t see anyone use them

plenty of free parking and music provided in the evenings was very enjoyable

great rooms and nice room service

the room they gave us was great as we had 2 kids with us and we could walk right out of our back slider to the

rooms and lovely additional touches like the beautiful shower mist, turns a shower into a spa

desk in the back of the resort at the restaurant odd normally they are at front but that was the spa desk

it would have been nice to have a spa at the pool.

pool timing could be extended little longer .

could use another washer/dryer in the laundry area as they were typically in use

perfect, it's tastefully decorated, and has excellent facilities: five pools, a cute beach area, spa center,

we also had wonderful massages at the spa when we arrived

since the resort is new, the spa was unfortunately still not open.

i went back i would get a room with a kitchen and eat my own food and not pay for any spa or activities

lots of spa and other paid services

kitchen had so many utensils,bowls, etc' available to use

very comfortable downstairs and not enough towels for the 5 nights and only one box of laundry detergent and

parking was easy, place was clean, kitchen was well stocked

the sprayer in the kitchen sink was broken

we were changed to a clean apartment with full kitchen and basic kitchenware.

the bar men could not speak a word of english and messed up our entire food order

store (the lady is unfriendly and complains when you pay with cash), beautiful grounds, wonderful pools just

very crowded pool with not enough chairs and umbrella had to sit on a chair under the sun

no more kids club like it used to be

we loved the pool area and enjoyed the house with our own private pool

poor choice for eating, poor quality of food, no comfortable public areas, spa and fitness centre closed at 7pm

the spa and market place was closed

the facilities such as pool spa paddleboard use activities and beauty of the resort.

there is no room service as advertised

great for kids!

sue at the spa has magical hands and i highly recommend the ultimate spa experience with the stone enhancement

the spa pool. the gym, our room was lovely. the property is beautiful.

spa was fully booked i only was able to get a massage which was great with ronald

the spa is exceptional as well

mille at the spa is a fantastic masseuse and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable

no restaurant or bar service available

to be replaced: the rug in the room was a little torn and the edges were peeling off the floor; kitchen tray

we really would like to thank the bar tender she was so friendly and really

poor beach. too many screaming kids pools full of families

decent gym nice room not an adult only facility, more like dineyworld

pool/spa was perfect and we enjoyed both

the pools were nice and we enjoyed the spa tub most evenings

we enjoyed everything, a plus free breakfast

on sunday they opened the bar at 1pm and they where are you not serving food.

the kitchenette, even basic plates, cups, and cutlery were missing, as well as a bottle opener for beer

new but small and showed the older design of the building but nothing wrong with it just not a spa like double

took the kids and our dog to postcard inn and we all love the facilities

the gym has all of the best equipment

beautiful rooms beach and pool area, extra friendly staff, availability of shuttle service, flexibility with

hotels in the area but they include the use of kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, short distance shuttle bus and

hotel os dated. was comfortsble enough. no wifi. no desk in room.

wifi is bad. staff is bad. they really don't care.

loved the 24/7 pool access, the little waterfall in the pool was awesome and beach access also

location, room with complete facilities including kitchen, very nice host, decent breakfast

parking was much to be desired also
