pool water was freezing, spa was kinda icky in my opinion

indoor pool and hot tub great breakfast and it's quiet the staff is amazing

we were to have a non smoking room

only room left was a smoking room and we don't smoke so it was a smelly night

plus we booked a no smoking room but it smelt of cigarette smoke

nice room, nice bathroom, nice beds, well-lit parking lot

the bed was very comfortable, had alot of channels to choose from,and parking lot was well lit.

into the parking lot is a little tricky and the traffic is non stop busy

the swimming pool spa area was in disarray with furniture flipped upside down everywhere

we weren't given proper instructions how to open our room or on the wifi password

orange juice instead of kids fruit juice

we got a massage & facial at the spa , the staff were so nice & accommodating providing snacks and water

wished there were more facilities in the spa available for guests such as a steam room/ sauna and/or hot tub

great service; nice rooms; close to rice university. nice spa and breakfast.
