spa facilities were included in the price which was a great surprise

location less tan 10 mins walk to city centre, gym facilities and spa no extra charge and they are very good

breakfast and spa and all the little touches fair trade products a d water in the fridge

asked for a early wake up call so we could use the spa facilities before check out but nobody called which meant

lovely rooms, fabulous bar, best city spa facilities i ve ever seen.

the roof top spa and jacuzzi was also a selling point and a nice little touch

tried to book the spa 7am once it opened as we arrived late afternoon the previous night and couldn t get

muffins they were cuisine de france taking out wrappers and displayed on trays delivered up to room service

we were two adults staying 2 nights in the horrendous manchester rain and there was nowhere to even hang our

friendly staff, lovely bar with cocktails, balloon and note left for birthday

she tells me i can contact them via phone, whatsap or room service if i need anything at any time

everything! unfortunately we were too busy with an event, to visit the spa facilities.

the spa was closed for refurbishment and i wasnt made aware of this when booking.

hotel was great with kids, they were so happy there and the staff was amazing

filter water on tap on every floor was amazing, the gym was huge, all the staff were incredibly friendly and

loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the little added games for kids

were very friendly, and helpful in reception and the bar

the gym is amazing, room was gorgeous, good wifi, good facilities in general

used the spa twice (in the evening and in the morning)

shame we couldn t make use of the spa due to covid

there were no robes in the room to be able to go down to use the spa facilities.

location was perfect for shopping and dinner dates, the facilities are top drawer too from the spa to the gym

spa treatments were lovely but relaxation room was very basic in comparison to everything

clean located well and all staff polite and helpful including the spa staff sally very helpful defiantly would

the only thing it s missing is a full spa area (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi)

pool was run by a private spa people had paid for a spa day and there was kids from the hotel running about and

my wife insisted that where ever she had booked it had stated that the hotel had spa facilities

a spa room for pampering would be great also

nothing was what we wanted when booked would be nice to have either a small spa or swimming pool

we did not smoke in the room, we are 40 odd year old farts enjoying a night away from our kids and work, we

was good but the bathroom facility is not ideal for kids as the bath tub has no hand shower and also hot water
