sweet room w very comfortable beds. great place for a stay over after visiting spa bolton

would have liked to know in advance that by making reservations at spa bolton, through the auberge, would have

stayed 2 nights to attend christmas functions and a spa day

at one point the wifi wasn't working at all. it was there but it wasn't connecting

parking was a challenge

it smelled like a spa when you walked into the property

room was a fully functioning apartment with full kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom, dining, and an enormous

kitchen and bathroom high quality and large and had anything you could ever need

decor, great location, loved the secure underground parking, very spacious, great kitchen facilities

the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine,

staff, room, cleanliness, bed comfort, bike storage, breakfast, parking

everything was pretty old and not updated, there was not enough parking for us so we had to park somewhere else

it was easy to find and there was lots of parking

there is free parking, breakfast is good , beautiful dining room

close to bike paths and right next to the the golf course

the manager, was on her own to deal with everything-the desk, the bar/kitchen/restaurant/terrace areas

no spoons at breakfast bar, and no staff present, but went into kitchen and found a couple

clean room and comfortable bed, secure location, free parking, breakfast good, very nice view, owners super

location was nice and easy to get to from the main road, with a nice view of the lake from the parking lot

spa access for rooms in the main building

because of covid, we did miss the spa and hot tub, and the room cleaning

pressed juices at breakfast - no bread / fresh baguette served at breakfast - could not go to spa to enquire

we had was spacious and comfortable

the massage at the spa was amazing

i am sure that paving the parking lot would be the icing on the cake.

roomy, comfortable, quiet, very clean, helpful staff, nice wifi

the room lighting. would be helpful to have a smaller lamp for each bed the wifi was average.

the garden was a real classy touch as was the pool area. roomy bathroom with nice bath/shower.

parking lot was a sheet of ice when we arrived, and not plowed the next morning after 6-8

only disappointment was not able to book a spa treatment

swimming pool 1.5m deep, two spa about 2m x 2m, very good breakfeast.

there was a hockey tournament that weekend and not easy for some parents to control their kids

it was like sleeping in a gymnasium with adolescents

small pool and gym... food at the lounge too much expensive(2x)...

find swimming pool very clean was good for me

was told the suite came with a fully equipped kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals

the pool was clean and refreshing

pool area - not that it would have been used - an eyesore

enjoyed the convenience of a kitchenette so could prepare meals and did not have to rely on eating in restaurants

parking lot has a lot of pot holes

staff are very very nice and friendly. breakfast is fresh, i liked it.
