loved the pool and spa pool

comfortable bed , lovely pool and spa facilities, staff very obliging.

the rooms are clean, the pool and spa facilities are great for relaxing in

the spa facility was nice

the spa area was filthy the dirt was ingrained into the tiles on the floor leading from changing rooms

i will definitely stay here again but longer and make the most of the spa facilities

spa facilities are really tired; the sauna does not work properly and the wood is rotting

lack of communication with spa pillows and no room tidy up as advertised

would have been nice to have spa facilities

had spa treatment which was superb

the bar food was excellent along with the hotel s location.

to a celebration but were warned about this so no issue really compact rooms are very compact and gym not open

the parking facility's could of been bigger

hotel is on the beachfront it has amazing facilities including a late night bar swimming pool and spa features

very busy with 2 large groups we had a great time fab facilities and a great spa experience

one nit pick, i was told if staying at the hotel you get 20% off the spa treatments

i tried to work out why it's called a hotel & spa but to no avail, it is a basic below average b&b

no spa as advertised in name and description

there is also no spa so i am unsure why it is named lynwood hotel and spa

no parking available , room very basic and tired looking , no bar or spa - not as advertised.

they don't have spa or a bath or bath robes given on arrival which is clearly advertised

wifi connection was decent too

had the most comfortable sleep the kids went out like lights, woke up having great sleeps, just love this hotel

brilliant hotel brilliant for kids decorated all the room for birthday deffo going back

were a little brief in explaning where spa facilities were, and its not sign posted, spa was a little bit run

were a little disappointed the spa bath wasn't working but it's not something that ruined our trip

were ignorant on arrival, we paid for a spa bath but it didn't work, could not get sky to work, breakfast well

advertisement boasts that there's a spa etc but it definitely doesn't give off that vibe at first glance and

fantastic cracking hotel will be back the spa room is a must this is probably the best small hotel in the

spa was excellent with very professional staff

there we're no facilities in hotel apart from a spa (extra cost ) and a gym which was clossed

got sold this on here as a spa hotel this is why we originally booked this we got there friday to find out the

stadium tour to generate the club more income ,, a swimming pool would be good , i know it had a spa but i didn

spa was ridiculous as i booked three times and they cancelled everytime total waste of time
