poor internet, spa facilities were not fit for purpose

also the spa was unavailable due to an issue so that was disappointing news received on

i wasn t able to go to the spa as it required to be pre-booked

as for the spa, the reservation is for only 45 min (actually more like 50/55 mins, they're relaxed about it)

stay here on our trip through rioja and am never disappointed with the rooms, parking arrangements and menu

dinner and drinks was very good value, covered parking and plenty of space in the gardens to walk our dogs
