pretty much had the pool to ourselves

paid over $400 for one night for a suite with a fireplace, tub spa and patio to celebrate our 17th anniversary

like i m your personal service but then couldn t provide us any service like set us spa appointments

but really believe that the spa thing could have been handled a lot better and we wouldn't have had to have a

stayed on a friday night and there must have been some kids staying in the room above us that were jumping and

chlorine in the pool/spa was overwhelming, just too much

how easily it was to hear kids constantly running around upstairs and in the hallway

it just me and two kids and one the staff saw me struggling and volunteered to help

a villa and lived having a little kitchenette and fridge for meals while on vacation

indoor pool water should be warmer. other guest we met also had the same opinion.

the room was by the front desk by the lobby across from the laundry near the pool very high traffic and

restaurant/lounge bar directly attached to hotel so you don't need to go outside, they serve breakfast in

good breakfast. nice having a bar and place to eat right there.
